Senior Multimedia Officer (Oracle Fusion Communications)

 

Temporary 12-month opportunity

 

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Multimedia Officer to play a key role in shaping and delivering communications for the council’s implementation of Oracle Fusion.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact, organisation-wide communications during a major transformation programme, ensuring colleagues are informed, engaged and supported throughout the journey.

 

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

 

As a senior member of the Communications, Marketing and Design team, you will lead the development and delivery of multimedia campaigns and digital communications to support the successful roll-out of Oracle Fusion.

 

Working closely with business partners, team leaders and services across the organisation, you will ensure clear, consistent and engaging messaging across all channels, helping to embed change and improve user experience.

 

You will:

 

  • Lead and deliver integrated communications and marketing plans aligned to Oracle Fusion implementation milestones
  • Create engaging digital and multimedia content
  • Use analytics to shape and evaluate activity
  • Advise stakeholders on communications delivery
  • Ensure clear, consistent messaging across channels

This is a fast-paced and high-profile role, where you will need to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality output to tight deadlines.

WHAT WILL I NEED?

 

We are looking for a confident and skilled communications professional who can operate at pace and with impact.

 

You will have:

  • Degree level qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience delivering successful campaigns
  • Strong digital and multimedia skills
  • Experience using analytics and insight
  • Experience in complex/public sector environments
  • Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing people and working collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills across channels
