What Will You Be Doing?
As a Fundraising & Partnership Manager, you will drive the operational success of YMCA-NT's income streams through exceptional event execution, high impact corporate networking, and enthusiastic community mobilisation.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Owning the end to end planning, logistics, and on the ground execution of a busy annual calendar of flagship events and public facing campaigns.
• Proactively networking within the local business community, schools, churches, and civic groups to build relationships and secure mid-level corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
• Recruiting, inspiring and coordinating large teams of event-specific and corporate volunteers.
• Line managing the Fundraising & Partnership Coordinator.
What Skills and Experience Do You Need?
To be successful in this rewarding role, it is essential that you have:
- An education to A-Level standard or equivalent experience.
- Experience meeting or exceeding income targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, alongside outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours, as this role requires regular evening and weekend working.
