WHAT IS INVOLVED?

 

You will provide a friendly, effective and efficient front of house service and support the day to day operation of the assigned venue ensuring a high-quality experience, that is safe, efficient, and enjoyed by users.

 

Acting as a first point of contact for customers, you will welcome visitors and ensure that enquiries are dealt with professionally, politely and promptly.

 

You will assist in the day to day delivery of catering, retail and activity and event functions in line with service and venue priorities.

 

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, you will be required to demonstrate the ability to speak fluent English. This is a requirement under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.

WHAT WILL I NEED?

 

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to work towards 

Experience in working in a customer facing environment and of cash handling is essential.
