You will be expected to undertake the provision of front of house duties at the Town Hall Theatre and Borough Hall. These duties will include, checking tickets, monitoring behavior of spectators, offering advice and venue information and attend to the needs of customers in an efficient manner.
What we are looking for:
Experience of undertaking front of house duties and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure, problem solve and assess risk are essential. We are also interested in hearing from candidates who have a background in hospitality with proven experience in a fast paced environment who are looking to diversify their careers into events and performance spaces.
