Application Support Officer
(Town Hall, South Shields)
£33,699 pa
You will provide specialist application support and operational application management across supported ICT systems, contributing to service transition, live service operation and continual improvement. You will be required to resolve incidents and requests, maintain application access controls and documentation, support reporting and data integrity activities, and work with colleagues and suppliers to maintain reliable, secure services.
